Young pilots of the Pacific Fleet Naval Aviation practice intercepting and destroying imaginary enemy in the sky over Kamchatka

Young fighter pilots have started flying operations in unfavorable weather conditions in Kamchatka.

The MiG-31 fighter crews will practice instrument flying without observing the horizon, direction finding and orientation in the clouds, combat use of weapons to destroy the imaginary enemy.

“Now the most important task is to train young pilots properly for conducting Air Defence of the Russian Federation,” the squadron commander Lieutenant-Colonel Sergey Koderle emphasized.
