Bulletin of the Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides and Refugee Migration Monitoring in the Syrian Arab Republic (September 10, 2019)
As part of the implementation of the Memorandum on the establishment of de-escalation zones in the Syrian Arab Republic, signed by the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran on 4 May 2017, control groups continue monitoring ceasefire compliance.
As agreed by the Russian and Turkish parties, from 6:00 a.m. on August 31, 2019, a ceasefire regime was established in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
Over the last 24 hours, the Russian party of the Russia-Turkey Commission on violations of the Joint Agreement has registered 34 cases of firing in the provinces of Latakia (12), Idlib (8), Aleppo (8), and Hama (6).
The Turkish side has registered 13 cases of ceasefire violations in in the provinces of Idlib (5) and Hama (8).

The total number of humanitarian actions - 2,201 with a total weight of the cargo - 3,584.0585 tons.
