Peaceful settlement of the conflict and rendering of comprehensive assistance are the main vectors of work in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Since September 30, 2015, in total 688,278 Syrians have returned back to their homes from abroad. 1,303,913 internally displaced persons returned back to their places of pre-war residence.
Social infrastructure is being recovered to create favourable conditions for returnees.
As for November 7, 2019, 32,616 houses, 914 educational facilities and 212 medical centres has been recovered. Besides, 1,102km of roads have been repaired.
The joint efforts of Russia and Turkey continue to implement the provisions of the Russian-Turkish Memorandum of common ground of October 22, 2019.
On 7 November, Russian military police continued patrolling route Ain-Isaa - Alay - Tell-Am - Samen - Hazima. Forces of army aviation carried out air patrols along the route of the airfield Kvaires, n. p. Ain-Isa, Raqqa, along the Asad`s reservoir, airfield Kvaires.

On November 6, 2019 at 22:30 as a result of artillery attack by fighters of a residential quarter in Jamiliya district of the city of Aleppo one civilian was killed, one was wounded. As a result of this attack and the explosion of a rocket shell, As Siddiq Mosque was damaged. The shelling was carried out from the area of Ballyrmun, which is under the control of illegal armed groups.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides urges leaders of illegal armed formations operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone to cease hostilities and move towards peaceful settlement of the situation in areas they occupy.
