Refugees are making their way back home. Ten check points are operating with support of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides.
Over the last 24 hours, internally displaced persons have left the Rukban camp via Jleb CP. On July 18, 463 Syrians returned to the territory controlled by the Syrian government. All Syrians who left the camp were provided with medical care, basic necessities and food.

Social infrastructure is being recovered to create favourable conditions for returnees. To date, 32,022 houses, 876 educational facilities and 181 medical centres has been recovered. Besides, 1,071.4km of roads have been repaired.

Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, there are still cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations in the Idlib de-escalation zone.

Over the past day insurgents attacked Hmeymim in Latakia province as well as Tal Djobekdja in Aleppo province.
The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides urges leaders of illegal armed formations operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone to cease hostilities and move towards peaceful settlement of the situation in areas they occupy.
