The process of restoring the sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic in the North-East of the country continues. Government forces took control of Manbij of Aleppo province, al-Tabqa of Raqqa province, Ain-Isa, Qamishilia and Hasakah of al-Hasakah province.
On the Eastern Bank of the Euphrates river in Raqqa and a number of settlements in the province of Deir ez-Zor rallies were held by local population against foreign occupation and in support of reunification with official Damascus.
The evacuation of units of the armed forces of the United States of America from the North-Eastern regions of the Syrian Arab Republic continues. American troops left their bases in Dadat and Umm-Mial in the district of Manbij of Aleppo province and departed in the direction of the Syrian-Iraqi border.
We call on the population of the areas previously controlled by the US armed forces and their allies of the international coalition to refrain from aggressive actions against the armed forces of Western States or allied formations. The authorities of the Syrian Arab Republic and the Russian command are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safe withdrawal of foreign troops, prevent inter-ethnic clashes and other armed conflicts in the areas returning to the control of the Syrian government, eliminate the terrorist threat and fully restore peaceful life.
Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the Idlib de-escalation zone, there is an increase of cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations.
