Briefing by Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria (September 12, 2018)
Peaceful settlement of the conflict and rendering of comprehensive assistance are the main vectors of work in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation held three humanitarian actions in the settlements of Nabya-al-Sahar, al-Quneitra province, Qardaha and Latakia, Latakia province, and in Homs.
People received 540 food sets with a total weight of 4.17 tons.
Administration of the Maddahat Muhammad Ibragim School received 30 tons of construction materials in Homs.
People in need received one tone of fresh-baked bread in Kareem-al-Katarji district in the city of Aleppo.
In the districts of Shaiban Pasha, Sheikh Fars, al-Qadisiyah , Sheikh-Hoder and al-Sahur of Aleppo city, 15 families of the fallen soldiers of the Syrian Arab Republic received targeted charitable action - food sets 5kg each.
Besides, children from families of Russian community in Aleppo recieved 80 school backpacks.
In total, since the Russian Centre for Reconciliation started settlement process, it carried out 1,930 humanitarian actions. The total weight of humanitarian cargo delivered amounts to 2,878.46 tons.
Russian military medics have provided medical assistance to 82 people, including 33 children over the past day.
Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, there are still cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
So, during the day was recorded shelling of settlements Mamuhiyah (six times), Ikko (five times), Kinsabba(twice), Nahshabba (twice), Kara Kilisa (twice), Shir-Al-Sakh, Beit Jnauro, Dagdagan, Seraf, Qallaz-Tahtani, Qellaz, Safsafa, as well as positions of government forces in the area of Mount Abu Ali in the province of Latakia, districts of Makenis-Ed-Duwairi (three times), Hara (twice), Handrat, a quarter of research centre (three times), western suburbs (eight times) of the city of Aleppo, settlements Masana and Zellaqiyat, Hama province.
Besides, there were shelling attacks against Tadef, Aleppo province, from positions of the Free Syrian Army located on territories controlled by Turkish-backed formations near the town of al-Bab.
According to irrefutable information, yesterday, on September 11, in the village of Jisr al-Shughur in Idlib province, a camera crew of some Middle Eastern TV-channels and the regional branch of the American news channel filmed nine staged scenes of alleged use of "chemical weapons" by Syrian forces against civilians.
In these videos, activists of so-called "Civil Defence" (the White Helmets) are helping the alleged victims.
At the end of filming, int the evening of 11 September a joint meeting of representatives of the organization White Helmets and the militants of the terrorist group Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham (Jabhat al-Nusra) approved only two out of the nine videos, to be submitted to the United Nations and the OPCW. The rest of the videos due to bad quality were suggested to be spread in social networks.
At the same time, since September 9, activists of the White Helmets in the village of Khan Sheykhun have held rehearsals of the staged chemical attack involving up to 30 civilians, including about a dozen of children aged 8 to 12 years.
Meanwhile, the White Helmets together with the terrorists are preparing for the real use of toxic substances based on chlorine against participants taken from the local community to accuse the Syrian army of using chemical weapons.
A special field medical point was deployed for the staged shooting of chemical attack in northeast Khan-Sheykhun.
The Hurras al-Din militants took part in preparing places for explosions of chemical containers.
According to the information received by the Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides from residents of Idlib province there are also signs of staged chemical attacks being prepared in Kafer-Zayta.
Chemical agents for the provocations have been delivered to Kafer-Nabuta and Qalaat-al-Mudiq.
Twenty-two children with their parents from Zaytan, Zerba and Berna, Aleppo province, were selected to take part in staged chemical attacks. Another group of orphans abducted from refugee camps was select for shooting death scenes. the children are kept at the premises of the Iqab jail seized by the Jabhat al-Nusra.
The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides together with locals and representatives of the Syrian armed opposition is closely monitoring the situation in Idlib province in order to prevent any attempts
taken by terrorists to organise provocations with the use of chemical agents against civilians.
